hey guys,

this might be an easy question for many of you guys (or maybe not)

i'm having trouble with my 2nd turbo

my boost pattern is something like 10-8-10-8

the second turbo doesn't hold at 10psi at higher revs..it's more like 8psi

i've recently installed the blitz air intake and aluminum intake pipes..

everything else is stock

i had perfect 10-8-10 pattern before install

any ideas?

Something like that seems about right.

Intake has nothing to do with anything . It only sucks in air thats all.

You need to buy and install a down pipe to remedy that.

yes you have to have the pills in, they are inside the lines and are little brass beads. So if you did a 'silicone' vacuum line replacement....

So here is a question, how do you read the 10-8-10. I have a few mods and frankly i need to look where i am going so i have no idea. But i know i run 12.5 at luanch, and near read line it is still around 12. Have no idea what happen inbetween except the world around me blurs w/ speed

I think you are suppose to get 10 by the 4500rpm then goes to 8psi at that rpm. It should recover almost imediately to 10 psi. and stay like that till redline. Now i heard some cars at 6k rpm go back to 8psi and stay like that. That's what i have with all the mods that i have, i still can't get it past 8psi. If I raise the boost to 12 i get 12-10-12-10 till redline. Pissing me off

This seems like a dumbass question, but since my FD is the only FD I've ever driven I'm just not sure.. whenever the second turbo engages, am I suppose to feel the same effect as if it was the first turbo engaging?
