well im rebuilding the motor an the car itself is in the body shop, I have a 99 spec body kit and side skirts going on mine with carbon mirrors and a carbon scoot hood, im debating on the spoiler right now but who knows... im painting it dark gun metal grey the paint code is umm i have it written somewhere but it is 2005 lexus is300 gun metal grey, and it will be trimmed in stainless and black... i know this is vague but i dont have any pics of the car since body work has started.

 

well at the top you said a show/race car, now race cars have wings so i say but a wing on it.

 

yah its just mines a show race car in progress lol im prayin Ill have it ready to go come spring but if its not Ill just shoot for next spring and add even more money into it..

 

i always liked the Veilside GT wing after having seen it on Les Wong's FD. but the one i want is the Afflux wing from FEED:

 

IMO i like the GT style wing provided you have the aero to make it look "right". other then that i would say no spoiler because they look sooo clean.

 

wow that veilside wing is sooo hot it will probly cost an arm and a leg though

 

I like the stock looks. In order it would be..



1- No spolier

2- 1996 Spec Spoiler (this is a very close second, maybe even a tie for 1st)

3- 1993 Spec Spoiler

4- 1999 Spec Spoiler

+1 on the FEED wing. I've been looking for this wing for a LONG time but to no avail. Anyone have one for sale?

okay get the spoiler if you want it. I think the best idea when doing body mods is to build it to flow with the car so in my opinion no spoiler or get one that is streamilined with the car ( NO APC WING!! ) get a 99 spec or something curvy of that nature.
