You're saying the short throw shifter caused an increase in vibration? Maybe I misunderstand, but a transmission brace will cause more vibration.

well, the top of the shifter housing seems to be rubbing on the transmition tunnel. In first a and second gear WOT and when i turn left. It acually even did that when turning left befor. Vibration is not a issue its that sound of the tranny hitting the body. Will the brace make it do it all the time?

Just in case you can't find a tranny brace, an engine torque brace might help. I put one on (Gotham) and it helped that "spoon in a bowl of jello" wiggle. It does increase noise and vibration though.

Motor Mounts OK? Just a thought.
