Does anyone know what to torque these bolts to, and the oil & water fittings?

I'm trying to get this thing back together, and my factory service manual doesn't detail the twin-turbos...

Thanks guys!

I have had my turbos off several times. Just tighten the bolts down with a regular 1/2in or 3/8 in wratchet, which ever you can get to the bolts with. You'll be good to go!
