if you look at the fd ignitor harness that is plugged into it the terminals

go like this (A) brown wire, (B)green/red, ©brown/black, (D)black/white,

(E)green/white, (F)green, (G)green/black, (h) open.........

now the caps letters are the positon in the plug and it helps me just type 1

letter instead of the color.

terminal;

(A) goes to ignition 1 of your computer

(B) goes to trailing coil 1

© goes to ignition 3 of your computer

(D) goes to 12v switched power supply

(E) goes to trailing coil 2

(F) goes to ignition 2 of your computer

(G) goes to both leading coils yes both.

(H) open , do not connect anything here it is unused.

now as far as ignition 1,2,3 goes you may need to figure that out on a power

fc as i do not know how they verb them or even if they use 3 out puts, but

wolf 3d says ing.1 is trailing coil1 , ing2 is leading coils and ing3 is

trailing2.

no they are not, the trailing ignitors on the s5s are not the same as the s4 the differance i do not know i just know that s5 will not work with wolf but s4 does, read up on it and ill look at the s4 n s5 coils i have to see what is differnt. i know its in the electronics of the ignitors.

After using 2 FD coils, 1 aftermarket coil, the conclusion is that the 2nd gen RX7 coils are what you need to use with aftermarket ignition systems like MSD so that they won't short out like the FD or aftermarket coils, I'm currently using MSD on leading with 2nd gen leading coil with no issues after going through nothing but headaches with FD coils and aftermarket coils failing with the MSD.

Nopenis, I dont think you are geting spark breakup.

ErnieT ran 10's on 25lbs of boost with a stock ign system.

i'd look more towards fuel cut or tunning issues.
