what color was your car originally and why did u change it?

 

Used to be Montego.

I had to get it painted because i was caught up in a tornados hail.

I hated Montego so I payed extra and had them change it to Innocent blue instead of redoing the Montego blue.

You guys that say they hate MBM, I wonder if you have ever seen new or fully restored MBM? I have a montego, and I love it. My FD buddies used to say that they thought it was the ugliest color in the world, until I got it back form the detailer.. Now, they all love it.

 

yeah, well taken care of montego looks awesome. there are a couple i have seen that look like crap.

 

I think it varies. I've seen some that look great and others that just look green and ugly. I don't like tan interior either and that is just about all I saw...

 

I agree. AVAN has a clean *** Montego FD. It looks sweet.

There is a guy around town that just bought a MB FD. I pulled into Auto Zone to introduce myself and told him nice green FD. He didn't take the joke too well and informed me that it was NOT green. We haven't talked since

 

I have owned two Montego Blues and both were extremely clean (come on now, do you think I would own a dirty car? )

Like I was sayin, I have had two and i got sick of the color. Its ok but i am much happier with IBM .
