Unhappy

soo for some time my car has been pissing me off and now it seems that moisture is making it into the combustion chamber. the car idles kinda rough until it's warm, and when i shutdown i hear the faint sounds of maybe collant boiling. after it sits during the week i start it up and a puff of white smoke comes out.

so here is my qeustion. i live in DE and need to know where i can find the best price for a rebuild closest to me. i know gotham racing is kinda close and has donw some of the cars on here i think, but since this is my first shot at a rebuild what would you all suggest i do?

You describe the same thing as my car but it runs perfectly fine. coolant bubbling is normal. My car idles rough since I took out my airpump. And my car puffs white/blue smoke until its warm, which i believe is due to a small leak from the turbo into the intake. I suggest you get your compression tested.
