Are These Fd Brakes Or 2nd Gen?

Look a little different than the other FD brakes/calipers I've looked at and need to know before I order the pads. I seem to recall the previous owner mentioning something about the brakes, but I don't have his contact info anymore, so...



front and the rear

Front is definitely not FD. Rear maybe however.

Fd and FC have same size pads. They are the same part numbers.

How should I know. Guy won 4 SCCA championships like that, must of worked for him.

They probably cost a lot less even if they're basically the same.

Quite a few of the early production 93's came with the "finned" TII brake calipers, mine included. They use the same pads, and have identical piston sizes, as the "solid" brake calipers on the 93-95 versions, although they are thought to cool better due to the fins.
