I am going to switch to a single turbo on my 13B-rew. I will be running a Haltech.

I want 300 RWHP, 330-350 would be nicer but not mandatory. I want a very fast spool up with power coming on at low RPM's.

I was thinking a T-04E. Where is a good place to get one. Or if you can suggest a better turbo where can I get that. I was told a Apexi RX6 is good too.

You can get that with the stock sequential setup. It won't be as reliable as a single turbo setup, nor run as effeciently, but it can be achieved. For the fast spool up and the HP your asking for, the T-04E would be ideal. .84 hotside would get you good spool up and 350 hp at 12 psi.

JSpec,

FEED was running stock turbos and getting 400hp before.

Granted about a year after they put out pics on that car, they

changed it and it has a T04-R now I think haha.

Anyway, T04-E is nice very easy to reach 300hp, what are

your mods? Stock engine?

Stock engine, I am having the entire intake tract match ported. As well as a full 3" exhaust no emmisions.

I also need to know what size injectors I need.

I want a single for simplicity. I like the twins just dont think they will be reliable or easy to tune with the Haltech.

Where can I buy a T-04E from? I'll need the manifold as well.

I think your best bet is to go stock primary with 1300cc secondary. You can run the stock injector system with the t-04E and have enough fuel, but better more than not enough.

Very true, I have a big Street port and a T04-E and im on the stock

injectors, well until I finish the break in, then when I get my full tune

I think I will have to go bigger.

T04-E--- Humm New or USED? Hks sells the whole kit, and when buying

any turbo, I reccommend the whole kit. If you get just the turbo and manifold

you will spend a fortune getting the small parts

I just bought a whole kit. Thanks for the input. I need to find the injectors now.

I stopped by the shop today and got to see my intake tract. It is being match ported and it looks really sweet.

Question:

There are 2 sets of butterflys. Can I remove the inner set? There are 3 on the throttle body and 2 on the plenum I want to get rid of the 2 on the plenum. Is there a real important reason for these.
