stoich with gasoline is always 14.7:1
different motors have different air fuel ratios that they like for max power, max safe power and best economy, but stoich doesn't change unless you change the fuel.
gasoline 14.7
propane 15.7
methanol 6.5
ethanol 9.0
diesel 14.5

stoich is the mixture in pounds of fuel to pounds of air where all the air and all the fuel is burned. richer than stoich theres extra fuel, leaner theres more air. there is more power richer than stoich to a point.
