do FD's have stearing wheel tilt/high adjustment...??? i sat in my friends FC3s and it has it but then i sat in a FD and it didnt have it...



is that some that dont have it?

nope no tilt on the FD i think...i havn't seen one with it anyway.

 

Can you get a special adjustment piece for a FD to adjust it up???

or just get a smaller wheel?

 

you can get a smaller wheel or a D-cut wheel

 

but no way to make it higher?? jus 2inches higher??

 

there is almost no way to modify it to tilt. the steering colum is mounted to the dash supports and does NOT have a hinge attached to it as a tilt wheel would. unless you make the hinge mechanism and the lever to hold/ release the wheel, i dont think it will ever tilt..
