Spraying front bumper.. help.. please
So.. ive just bought a feed bumper and just getting the fitment right etc, im in a situation where im wondering, when sprayed, will the bumper match the rest of the car? im unsure weather to go for a full respray and be done with it, as their is minor laquer peel but all in all most of the body work is acceptable, or should i just try and get the front bumper resprayed to match the car? is this possible?
The reason i ask this is because ive recently bought a headlight cover, sprayed it up.. (can job) but no runs looks really good, added laquer but still cant get quite the same shine, i just done want it too look odd.
what do you all think?
thanks, Leon

If your original paint isnt faded, then you can get a close match *IF* you get the right paint. Rattle cans wont cut it though. If you cant do it yourself, have a painter spray it with proper equipment. Either way you will need paint from a paint shop that mixes auto colors.
I usually use Dupont Nason when Im not matching existing paint, but Dupont Chromabase when I am. Chromabase is a gauranteed match if you have the VIN number.
