Started modding the car with twins
Got 900 bucks stolen from me.
Blew the twins.
Decided to mod car more, and rebuild motor.
Polished stuff.
Got another 1000 bucks stolen from me.
Polished more stuff.
Converted interior.
*Ordered some parts*
Used already built motor and fuel system that was going to support upgraded twins to support single.
Went through process of having manifold I bought cheap modded to work. (at this point a penny saved is a penny earned)
Started doing custom brackets and little crap to be "different"
*Waiting on parts*
Polished even more stuff.
Now I'm just waiting on the last few parts (Clutch, fuel pump) to get her running.
The engine will take all of an hour (Hopefully) to put back in... Then it's just a matter of quadruple checking everything so I don't **** up the last 8 months of my life!!!
It's been fun, and I cant WAIT to beat the **** out of this thing!

I'd say that there's nothing really to double and tripple check. You should do that now and drop it in and be good to go. The wiring harness may be a little bit of a pita but theres like NOTHING to a single turbo setup. if you need any help just let me know ill get you pics of my vacuum setup.
im not sure what jimlab is going for, i think he wants to be faster than the shuttle and outhandle a f1 car but it aint happening no matter how much time and money he puts into it
can you imagine if jimlab is a big fake? like he just made all of this **** up? hes a poor guy that knows a ton about cars and hes been ******* with everyone for years lol?

i dont understand jimlab either....for one hes putting the C4 Corvette engine in there, which is just retarded cuz the LS1/6 is so much of a better motor. And secondly, hes been working on this for God knows how long...when there are more than a few LS1/6 conversions working and running every day. I mean its great he can fabricate everything 4 times over because that 1/1000th of an inch WILL definitely make a difference ( ) but just assemble the **********er and drive it! LOL. Thats my $.02.....cars are meant to be driven, so DRIVE EM!

Any way I was just kidding. I think that would be so hilarious if you just happened to pull something like that off and it was all a joke. I guess that's way to hard and time consuming to be fake.
While you're in here though I've got a question cause nobody really knows wtf they are talking about. On my new 3d gen I've been having problems with the add coolant light coming on since I worked on my car last. The only 2 coolant realated things I did was take off a small coolant line from the top of the engine and replace it and unplug the coolant level sensor and put it back. Now I burped the system the first night it was doing it and then it went away and I was able to drive back to school 200 miles. Yesterday it did it again and I've been trying over and over and over to burp it with all types of methods. I even replaced a hose that was kinked maybe it had a pinhole I thought. Now I almost gave up I took the coolant level sensor off by the plug and then I connected it again and 30 seconds later the buzzer went off and I got frustrated and shut the car off. Can I just get a length of hose and connect both ends without having that clear/white plug in between? Is that for just convenience when pulling the wiring harness or replacing the coolant level sensor? Can't I just connect a straight wire there and see if that fixes it. Theres no way burping the system can be this ******* hard.

If you want an independent opinion, though, just ask Jeff20B. He posts here regularly and stopped by to pick up the drill press I gave away when I bought my milling machine a couple months ago. He and his dad checked out my RX-7 and engine while they were here.
