The instruction are kind of easy but it dos'nt say if you have to adjust any linkage. Could some one please explain how to do this. The shifter is a B&M short throw. Car 93 rx7 fd. Thank You Tony

Just whack it in!

Simple. Well, it may take a few minutes to get the doo-dickey on the end of the thingamy-jig to pop into the what-jama-callit.

Clear and simple enuff?

all you have to do is put it in neutral, take off the old shifter, replace with short throw. No need to adjust anything. I replaced the shifter today for my brother and it was really easy.... and i'm not a mechanical person neither
