I got the C's shifter from JT-imports. Haven't gotten a chance to put in it yet..

But the B&M has a million mile guarantee! I bought one and it does get a bit notchy when cold.



$140 is a sweet deal though, go for it.



Only thing most people don't tell you is that if your motor mounts are going bad, you will have to pry the trans to the left in the tunnel to get the bolts in. Its a pain in the ***, and it might rattle a little against the inside of the tunnel.

im pretty sure my motor mounts are new because of the remanned engine was put in a couple of years ago..





and tahnks for the advice, im goin for it

Unless your motor mounts were shot at the time they installed your engine they most likely didnt replace the motor mounts. Chances are that they used the old ones. It's not common to replace the motor mounts with an engine job.

The new ones need to be shimmed anyway. They are missing a small casting nub that pins against the oil pan. At least that is what the guys at PFS tell me about the newer motor mounts.

I have the Mazdaspeed short shifter and it's pretty ****** sweet, no noise but It is expensive.

i have a 5th gear synchro problem........ do you think that this will help it a lil before i can save up to have it repaired?

Well idealy you'll shift better but if your syncro is going out then it's going out.

You may delay it a while.. just start saving

well i got all of the body parts that i wanted



mazdaspeed hood

99spec front

feed wing with cf flap

rotaryextreme headlights

and innocent blue mica



and everything is bought and im just wiating for the parts to arrive then i start saving up for the 5th gear synchro
