I am new to the rx7 group. I have recently sold my Honda Accord and looking for some performance. I am thinking about buying a 3rd gen rx7. About how many miles should I look for, engine specs, and so on?
Also I am interested in the HKS T-51 upgrade. I need some good racing because I never got it with my Honda. Any help would be great. B)

A honda can't go fast? wow who wold have thought LOL
Seriously buying an FD is like opening a can of worms. My advise would be to cheak all the topics in this section, and the single turbo section. That should answer most of your questions

Read for the next few weeks to make sure that you are serious about devoting some time to the car you buy. Because these cars require alot of upkeep. I would suggest that you don't start planning single turbo upgrades before you have even bought the car. That is typical uneducated comment. Not a flame you said that you were new. So listen to this advice. Get the car. Do the reliability mods like..Downpipe/Vacum hose replacement/Radiator/Alluminum ast/Etc. Keep reading you will learn. Then just take it one day at a time. Start at the bottom and learn and mod as you go. There is no rush. You have your whole life to get a single turbo.
I suggest also you book mark these sites and get reading.

Also you can go here to download workshop manuals if you want to get started reading now....
