Just curious,

Will your toe links/trailing arms have a rubber sheath to cover the bushing joint? The ones I bought from Rotor-Motor-sports were solid with similar specs but wore out within 6 months.

thanks

I am looking into that. If I can find it and it does not cost too much, I will include them. If it's too expensive, I am going to offer them as a option.

I will also offer upgrades on the rod ends. More info coming up. Need to sort out the cost first.

If you want silver, I will just leave it the way it is without anodizing it.

As for downpayment, I am not going to take any until I figure out all the costs on different options and stuff. I should have all the info in 2-3 days.

BTW, the toe links and trailing arms you got from RMS should be hollow. Those are actually made by K2RD and my friend has a set.

BTW, I am making an engine damper as well. It will be the engine brace with a damper.

I think it will be much better than a solid engine brace which creates too much stress on the intake manifold. The damper will be able to reduce the sudden shock from shifting or sudden acceleration but at the same time, it will not create as much stress as all the other aftermarket solid engine braces.

Should I throw it in with the toe link and trailing arms as a package deal?

I will have photos of the prototype over the weekend.

i would def want the little dust boots. i live near the beach so i dont want sand messing stuff up. also i would rather have the silver also...possible the blue ones. but i dont want my car to be a rainbow cause i got so many different colors on it. oh well keep us updated on it caue i def need a set. i was going to order a set from M2 until i saw this thread. so i need them kinda fast. damn rear end clunking, and wheel hop

jackdhammer 05-01-2003 09:25 AM

I would be in on the engine brace also as long as it's not too steep $$$$. A package deal would rock. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif

APEXKW, you might want to do your bushings while you're down there.
