Default results in low compression?

Trying to buy my 2nd fd after not having one for a couple years. Found one local good price. But it has a slight problem. It has low compression on front rotor. Heres where blow my mind, the owner has 3 o videos of the car and of the compression test. First video is of the car before the compression test. Idles great at 900rpm, holds a good 16-17 vacuum at idle and sounds good. The second video shows the compression test. Front rotor, 3 even pulses of 40-50, rear rotor 90-100. 3rd video is of the car right after the compression test. The car idles all crazy vacuum is down, and its smoking.

I never knew of a compression test to blow up a rotary like this. Could it be something else causing this to occur? coil pack? ingitior? the car is premix(oil metering system deleted) so could not enough oil in the gas cause low compression?

The owner even has proof that the car was just in at speedone for and overlook and tune.

any ideas i plan to buy it either way but it would be nice if it didnt need a rebuild right away
