After I get my turbo back (yes, my HKS T51R kai blew up), I am going to make another monster one to work only with a single turbo. It will be the biggest intercooler you will ever see fitting inside the engine bay. The core flows 1500 CFM which is good for 1000 HP!

Cool! So you don't even need to buy an airbox? You put regular "cold air"{HKS, etc} intakes in there, right?
The v mount itself can work with a lot of other aftermarket intakes. It turns your regular hot air intake into a cold air one. So the regular hot air intake such as Greddy, HKS, APEX, Blitz now get cold air directly from the nose.

V Mount does not work well with those intake boxes designed to work with the stock radiator setup such as M2, Pettit, CWR, etc. It turns the cold air box into the hot air one. The shileds on those intake boxes were designed to block off the radiator heat on the stock radiator setup. Now the shield actually blocks the cold air and takes the hot air coming out of the radiator. You can make it an cold air one again by not using the underpanel.

I dont even know if I am going to sell it to retail customers. The intercooler core costs a lot more than the current one. It might be just an one-off for myself. We will see what happens.

The filters in the first pic are HKS Race Suction kit. The filters in the pic I post are K&N's.
