well i think RE makes full carbon fiber doors right? maybe the door is so expensive cause they used the full carbon fiber doors to cut back on the weight that the opening mechanism adds, if so that'd be hot as hell.

here is my car... my doors open and close almost exactly the same as the re-a one's.... and these doors are stock, ungutted doors..

Thats hot, I'd love to have that on my fd. Its just too expensive though. Another thing is that it opens and closes sooo slow. What if you're in a hurry to get in the car? What if there's a fire and you have to get out? I'd skip the motors and make it manualy operated. Perhaps the motors are just for show?

Can someone do me a favor by taking the video and upload them to the forum server or host it on their own web? The video clip is too large and my web server is almost running out of bandwidth right now. I might have to take it down pretty soon. I don't have any program to compress it and I don't know how either. I have a 10 min video or all the RE Amemiya cars at the show but the whole video is 500 MB. My DSL connection is down so there is no way for me to upload it.
