radio antenna connector
#1
is the antenna connector on these cars a female or male plug? the connector on mine is ripped off the antenna wire so ive gotta try to crimp a new one on now, i order a nice headunit today and it comes with a 6" male-male adapter so i figure stock is a female anywho.
also my car had a BOSE system, but the wave system was removed from the back, when you remove the waves tho do you change anything up front? i ordered the scosche adapter from crutchfield already for the bose system.
should i look for the stock amps somewhere or something?
hopefully this kid put some rear speakers in here, otherwise i dont even know where those would go.

The antenna wire which goes into the head unit is a male plug, which is standard and the same on every antenna/head unit I've seen.
As a side note, I think the OEM antenna is ugly as hell. I shaved it and got a hidden radio antenna which I put in the pass. side A-pillar.
