OK I have read about RX-7 boost controler installs. I need to know where all the lines go to. Also I have read that we are suppose to take the pill out. I haven't gotten any responce back from Greddy yet . This Boost controller has 3 lines to the control box instaed of the normal in and out lines.

It has 3 lines because it can be used for actuator and for external wastegate types. You'll need the owners manual to find out which line goes where.

I don't know if the valve unit is the same but on my profec b spec II the hose from the turbo goes into the port labled "NO" if you use an actuator type wastegate. If you have an external wastegate use the port labled "NC". The third port is labled "COM" and goes to the actuator or the the external wastegate. Hope this helps. All thre ports came capped in plastic and the manual says to remove all three including the port not in use.

I am using the stock twins, I know many of you have boost controllers, so how did you hook it up? I don't know why I am having such a hard time getting answers here for something as simple as a boost controller. Myt directions are in japanese so I can't read them.

Do u have profec a or b type? Becaue there is a difference I think, profec b is highly recommend for factory twins setup, I am not sure on the non seg mod if it will work the same. Anyway from the turbo housing unit (4 inch hose comes out complte) Run a from the turbo housing to the no port of the black setepper motor and then from the com port of the stepper motor to the wastegate. Alot guys say to leave the pre spool {long hose} alone with the pill inside. I have the home mbc on the pre spool now because I notice when both turbos kick in I am making 15 lbs of boost my ecu is not tune for 15, so I had to put back the mbc on ht pre spool. Also I brought my unit use and I notice the nc port were use instead of the no port so that could cause my high boost @ above 4500 rpm, I have to do some testing to find out.

Sounds pretty good, RX7aholic. I am going to take some pictues of the stepper motor I have because, there is 3 nipples on it. I am thinking that there is a vac. hose that goes to the controller for the profec B and on my profec A it should just go to the stepper motor box. Plus my stepper motor box is not black it is a goldish color.
