I replaced my twins as i have suad like 50 times now in other postings. I am not geting much power past 4k RPM. I need to install a boost gauge so I can see whats up with the boost. I feel like the 1st tubo kicksin but not the second. There is and acutator the cotrols a door in the exhaust manifold. Wouldhooking the lines up bvackwards to this cause this prob?

Uhh yea, if the flapper door iin the charge control valve wont open then you will not get any secondary boost. You can actually remove that butterfly and you should have done that anyway. But it does sound like you might have the lines wrong on the charge control acctuator.

I was wondering about the lines to the tubos actuator all the way at the bottom of that diagram. What will happen if they are backwards?

I switched the lines going into the CCV and the car ran worse so now I need to switch em back and then go from there.

You say that you may have the lines on the TCA switched? That does controll the flapper that opens at 4500 rpm and if it isnt working you will not get 2ndary, Sounds like you figured your problem out.

Sweet, I will check that out and see. I remeber seeing a mod one time where you eliminate that acctuator and wire the flapper toatlly open. Ever heard of that? Anyway, I will switch that up to see if it makes a positive change. Thanks FD3boost. I will update on this soon.

I switched the tow line and now the FD runs like a champ. I had forgotten how fast it was. I realized it when I hit my head on the back of the seat. You gotta love when those turbos kick in!!!!!! YEAH!!
