Darn, I was just looking at a mag this afternoon of a beautiful body kit on a $400,000 Corvette. I drooled at the picture for like five min. I think that's the kind of kit that would make it stand out as a race car. Sorry, I don't remember exactly which mag. Another thing that would make a difference is price. I could get a full body kit for my CRX for less then just the front bumber on my RX-7 which doesn't even include the turn signals needed.

If they are made, I will offer them at cheaper prices than my standard bodykit for promotion purpose but they will not be as cheap as the Honda bodykit because I can't sell 1000+ RX-7 bodykits. If I sell 20+ sets, I will be happy already. Most of those Honda bodykits are made in China. Tell you the truth, it only costs $150-200 per kit landed for those bodykits that are made in China but you have to order a whole container of them which can't be done with RX-7 bodykits because the market is too small. So that means we are stuck with the US made or Japanese made ones with higher price tag.

Sorry, but that is one UGLY front end. A little too much imagination for my taste.

I still like the PFS front end or the C-west. The car ought to look like an RX-7 when all is said and done, just with more airflow under the hood.

Dude chill, those are just illustrations of what the designer is capable of doing.

yeah. that's a good point, i'm just pickey when it comes to body kits. especially for the FD. i feel the car is just to beautiful to put huge gapping angled kits on them, imo. i'm sure the finished product will look much better, i'm just not into the whole crazy kit thing. the guy who did the CGI has some serious talent though.

That has some nice lines.

Whatever Chuck and his friend come up with, it would be nice to have another design of rear flares that could take a 12" rim width in the back. Something closer to the 15th or RE-A flares, but with a little more space like the Pettit flares. It would be good to have independent brake and oil cooler air ducts up front too...form and function.
