This was pulled from the other forum, but I won't release the name.

This for some reason seems a bit impossible, seeing as how the primary turbo needs to make 8lbs in order for the second to come online... (Am I right?)

"...I ran 12.8@114 with the stock turbos at 7psi. That was on crappy Yoko A520s. Traction was only an issue coming out of the hole, shifting did not get as much as a chirp from the tires.

12s is about all you can ask for on normal tires. There are only a few of us that like to drive around on drag radials..."

Can someone clear this up?

What the ****?

my car ran a 12.8 @ 113mph..... with big *** 305/40/16 M&H RACEMASTER tires.... with 11.5 PSI... stock engine, stock turbos, if he has a BIG port.... you might be able to run 12.8 @ 7psi.... you never know but its VERY hard to do on street tires...... i'd want to see the timeslip...

Puhlease!

Stock terbs, 7 psi, so factory 255-260 hp then yeah? Whats an FD weigh? 2650? GTR's & EVO's do high 12s on street tyres coming out of the hole like *****. 114 terminal is a high 11-low 12 sec mph.

Do the Moroso 'weight shifted horsepower' calc. Thas some serrius top end for 7 psi baas! Dreamin!

But with only 7 psi he'll have a really fucked up transition won't he? I'm sure with a big port he could do it.... But I dunno about 7 lbs...

I was just wondering... You know... Every magazine written has the FD turning 13.5-14.1 second timeslips with 10lbs, and a fresh motor.

7 lbs on a old car... even with a new motor.... running a second faster seems fishy.

Sequential or non sequential? Either way, that's REALLY hard to believe....especially on STREET TIRES.
