hey guys, i am in need of some guidence. a week ago i went to turn off my lights and the damn things didnt go down. about a minute later one went down then the other right after it. now they wont go up or come down with out doing it manually. i am sure the motors are ok so i checked all the fuses and they are ok. i know there is a relay for the headlights under the hood (i think its right by the battery) but i am fairly certain that the relay is for mutiple things also. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA!

Sounds like the relay, it is on the skinny panel that mounts to the battery if I remember right. I remember a friend had a fiero and his light motor took a **** and they just stay up all the time. If it is the motors just get a sleek kit!

Right now I am having light issues too, they turn on when ever they want. But not all the time, I am going to rewire the RE headlight kit I have and see if it solve the problem.

yeah, yeah. i hear ya. its something that i want to do, but can't afford it right now. i need a new hatch due to some nasty rust, a front nose that is lookin pretty beat up and thanks to the previous owner, a one-off color that really can't be color matched. so the whole car needs to be repainted. oh well. i might just take your advice though. thanks....
