Ito spec. tranny is something similar to my engines. Everything cleaned really good, clearanced, brand new bearings, syncros,shifting forks.(third gear modification, almost bullet proof shifting into 3rd gear) everything to factory specs. Torque and end play. I love rebuilding these gear boxes. They just take about the hole day, 8 hours.

bah those trans pieces were completely fine, i think you blew a piston and had a misdiagnosis :smirk: (btw that was for the dick who thinks i know nothing about these cars just cause i dont own one...i dont know his name on this board but whatever)
oh and might as well get a new head gasket, and definitely a new camshaft.
