You people who do not use an OMP.
Do you remove it? Whats the added benefit? I use 4oz. of Marvel mystery oil with every tank of gas. Is that what you consider premix? please ellaborate.. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/blush.png |
well normally depends on what type of driving you are going to be doing.
1:1 mix ... 1oz of oil/1 gallon - Race or .5:1 mix ... .5oz of oil/1 gallon - normal driving. |

MMO is ok to add to gas while using the OMP but dont use it as a premix alone get a block off plate from K2RD, take off omp, block the injector holes with bolts, much nicer now https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png oh and for amount, use around 4-5oz per fillup for normal driving.... about 8 for race days |

Thanks for the quick lesson.
I can't see how that it cleans outthe engine bay much seeing as how the oil injectors are pretty small and the OMP is way down on the bottom of the block. But a mod isa mod and I like to do as many as I can if they are better than what I got. Thanks again.. |
once the OMP is out, and the lines are gone... youll see ...
|
Is the fd omp electrical or mechanical. If electrical does it have a limp mode like s5(s)?

Ratsnest, ABS, AWS, yadda yadda and a good portion of my manifold. My engine bay is starting to resemble a truck from the 70's,, Lots of elbow room.... https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png |
