I had the same exact problem too. My rear rotor had (well still has - haven't got the money for the rebuild yet) 2 apex seals that are cracked or chipped. So 2/3 of my rear rotor had very poor compressions. lol. You mean 1/3 rear rotor APEX SEALS. You only have one rear rotor in the 13B(or 20B for that matter). If ONE apex seal is bad (cracked/chipped) then you lose compression on TWO faces. If you lose TWO apex seals (cracked/chipped) then you lose compression on ALL faces. You need two good apex seals to make ONE face of the rotor have good compression. |
