I'd like to make an offer on a car with very low mi. and the carfax report was inconclusive,, (last mi report was in 94) Is it difficult to rollback the miles? Or is there an independent way to check the miles on the car other than the odometer?

 

digital odo is hard to roll back. best way to find out is to have a mechanic and try and spot the easy things. excessive wear on the seats and interior. condition of the paint. check out suspension. have a good mechanic check the car. do a compression test etc...
