Every time I go to start my car the battery is either near or is dead. After I jump it, she runs fine. As soon as I shut it off though it won't start again as though the alternator never charged it, even after a long drive. I don't charge it long when jumping so it has to be running off of the alternator while driving but it's not charging the battery. The battery is gaily new and good quality, all fuses are good, and I haven't messed with the wiring lately. The battery is in the storage bin area so the cables run under the car but I haven't had the chance to lift it lately to check the cables underneath.



Any ideas on other things to check would be appreciated

 

My first thought is cables or connections on either one or both.

 

That's my thought too, I need to borrow a friend's garage so I can lift and slide underneath. Just wanted to see if anyone else had experienced something like this
