pull the spark plugs out of it and squirt some automatic trans fluid in thru the spark plugs holes (don't reinstall them) and squirt some auto trans fluid down thru the nipples on the passenger side of the upper intake manifold. Let it sit for a few hours. Get a a large breaker bar and socket and try to turn the large bolt in the middle of the of the main pulley on the crank. Turn it clockwise ( as you face the engine) but don't try to force it if it doesn't want to turn.
Let us know if it turns easily. If you can turn it... put the starter back on and try starting it.
Do the headlights work? Radio? Turn your headlights on and then try to start the car... do the lights go dim? Make sure your battery is strong enough to engage the starter. It might be low enough that it won't engage the relays for your instrument cluster.
