Hey in need help in purchasing an fd, does it matter which year to buy 93,94,95 or is it all the same. I heard 95 is better because theres less defects, i found a 93 but i dont know if i should get it, its not runnig and i wanna rebuild it. After rebuild willit still have defects? should i get a 95 or it dont matter?

95s are rare as hell, i think they only made 500 total....if you can find one get it by all means but you will be paying top dollar for it.....
Buying a car that needs a rebuild is a way to save money upfront but you will not know what the car is like until its fixed.....Like your turbos being shot, a tranny problem or anything else you cant predict/forsee until youve driven the car...
My best opinion to you is to find a 93-94 with a rebuild already done with about 20-30k on the rebuild and say like 60-80k on the chassis....these engines will last a long time if cared for....
How much you looking to spend.....????
