Jen went to start the car this morning and nothing in the dash panel works. She turned the key on and nothing. I checked the battery and that's fine so I turned the key to on and nothing, so I kept turning and the car started but the tacho, fuel, temp all the gauges don't work and none of the lights come on. I've checked fuses and there all fine.

Anyone had this problem and what was the solution.

Luis.

I would say that if all the fuses are good then you need to start looking for a loose wire somewhere. Good luck and let me know if you find out the problem and you solution too!

I would bet that you blew a fuse, Double check them all. If you don't find your problems there then I would pull the guage cluster off and make sure all six ofthe conectors are securely plugged in. I doubt that is the problem though. The smart money is on the blown fuse.

See I am not such an ******* .

I double checked all the fuses again and replaced them all and still no go.

Plus, I never called you an *******. Sorry if I did but I don't think I did.

if the dash lights go out...... its usually due to a bad "taillight" fuse

I'm going to take the car to an auto electrician, we went out last night and it did it again, but as soon as you slap the dash, they come on again.

You had implied in the past at 7club that i was acting like an ******* for posting about someones polish work.

Reguardless just pointing out that I am not such a badguy.

What was the fix anyway?
