i ripped out all my solenoids/vacuum lines a couple months ago, and someone's looking for a certain pill in one of the lines. the pill they're looking for is in the line between the pre-control actuator and the wastegate actuator. i'll look thru the FSM tomorrow, but i was just wondering if anyone had a pic of the certain vacuum hose the pill would be found in, as i basically 'ripped' the rat's nest off the engine in about 24 seconds.

Jimmy, the diagram in the garage shows where the pill is (what line its in actually) and the hose will be bulged.

 

James, if you find the pill, let me measure it before you ship 'em out so I can check on finding something else that will work for there guys that keep losing their pills

The pills aren't in the rat's nest.

They're in the short lines on the precontrol and wastegate actuators

(below the airbox, under the turbos, front side).

 

i see the line i need to be looking for, i might've thrown that line away. hopefully not



if i did end up throwing that line away, does anyone know if there is the same size pill in another line?
