There is a single turbo FD for sale an hour from me. It's a silver touring w/ red leather. Mods are as follows.

XS Engineering T04E turbo kit

ACT street/strip clutch

12.5" flywheel

PFS ECU

Custom V-mount IC setup

850cc primaries and 1600cc secondaris

Greddy pullies

Relocated Optima battery

Short shifter

DP, MP, Racing Beat single tip CB

C-West front end (not on the car)

That's pretty much what I can think of...

The chassis has 86K miles with the engine and tranny rebuilt 6K miles ago.

He has no reciept for that. Says it was done at CarNu. Was the owner's personal car or something.

It needs some work though. Paint is OK. Need to fix the area around the fuel door. Looks like he hit something or something hit the car. Not really serious I don't think. The thing that holds the fuel door close is also missing.

He is asking $16,500. What do you guys think?

If my brother does get it, he'll has a faster car than I do.

Sounds like a great deal! If I could do it over again, I would buy a car that is already hooked up.

I went and check it out. I liked it. It was fast. Feels solid. The clutch takes gettin used to. I stalled it right when I tried to back it outta his driveway.

When it stalled, it had a hard time starting up again. Had to try a few times. Gotta wait a few seconds before cranking it to start again. That was weird.

The car is not registered, so it's kinda hard to drive it to some place to have it checked out. The nearest shop (BPR) is like 2 hours away from his place.

It needs some minor work. Needs some weatherstrip on the driver side door, missing rear speakers, broken seat belt latch thing that's on the driver seat.

There is minor paint chip on the pass. front fender, scratches on the rear bumper. But it still looks better than my stupid pink VR paint.

just get a compression check done on it, unless it feels good, and then get rid of the ecu and get a better engine management system for that single set up.....16K is a good price, especially if the car is clean....silver on red....

It feels and runs good.

Yeah, I didn't like the PFS ECU...

I'm gonna call CarNu up and see if they have any records of it.

Yea, the silver/red FD's are kinda hard to come by..kinda rare... that is, if you like the red interior.. I also think the price is pretty good.

I gotta verify the info about the engine and tranny w/ CarNu. If it checks out, he's buying it.
