new pedals, new holes in the firewall for the pedals, i think with the driveshaft you still need to do something with the rear diff because the m/t has a 4.10, and the a/t has a 3.90, IIRC.
umm you'll also need a new shift ****
Oh and with the wiring harness make sure it has the same options as the car you're transfering it too. like if the car you have has BOSE, and the car you got the harness from doesnt have bose, thenit's a bitch...but you should ditch the bose anyway...if you even have it .
im sure someone will chime in with an exact parts list, oh and there's been a big writeup about someone's a/t -> m/t swap on one of the larger sites, might wanna try looking around.
