the optima is a sealed battery so it won't get battery acid everywhere https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png

amp... isnt the 925 larger? I'd like to run the 925 but I'm worried about space

amp 01-13-2003 02:50 PM

yes its larger ..

depending on your applications and your plans of relocation ...

space may not be an issue ...

you can run the 925 on its side if need be ....

i dont run a large ic so the 925 sits on the stock location using the factory bracket and tray ...

ive just had the rear bins out ...

certainly believe the 925s ability to fit on the floor if relocated there...

providing the bottom portion is removed or modified ...

ill provide a height pic tonite...

birdseye view is not as convincing...

as it does not completely depict the major difference with that of a regular battery...

estimate is a third..

rx7trix 01-13-2003 04:41 PM

whoa... that definitly won't fit...

rx7trix 01-13-2003 04:41 PM

lemme see a side shot

The PC680 is used by lot's of FD owners (including myself). But "don't" leave the lights, radio or any acessories on without the engine on, unless you like push starting. You can not bolt it down with the factory stuff, so just pay the extra cash and buy the kit from www.n-tech.net and afterwards you can buy the replacement battery elsewhere.
