Hey Guys, im usually, (well always) at rx7club.com, but i knew you guys were here also, so i thought id drop by.

im making a RX-7 in 3D, i am a professional 3D artist, i live in Calgary AB. im going to model a Stock FD, then a Moded one. It will be animated, and rendered in a fully realistic environment.

So what im looking for is suggestions on the accuracy of the model, and any other suggestions about, rims, kits, exhaust, lights, paint environment. Anything really.

This is what i have so far:

RIMS

nice work.. used to manage a cadd group..

most we ever got involved in on the 3d side was with photo and lasergrammetry...

mostly on industrial manufacturing plants.. with the use of intelligent apps like pdms..

how far do you intend to take this.. suspension.. motor etc..

any tips when using Maya? im just got done with creating a hand(i know...way early in the tutorial) I also had the thought of creating an FD and maybe seeing how certain modifications will look.
