Even if they(a shop) break it YOU gotta pay to drill it out and fix it. As far as the wheel being stuck to the rotor, take out all the lugs and just hit the tire with a big hammer from the back side and it will come right off.

yeah you're right i do gotta pay, but at least i dont have to drive all the way to a shop to get the studs replaced........ im not really handy like htat ..... hehe, i dont think it will be very safe driving around with one wheel only having 3 studs
