Well, engine is coming out tomorrow morning. Looks like oil seals have gone in rear rotor as well as a side seal as a result of all the oil being lost, not getting very good compression on one face. So out she comes.

This should be fun.



Any good sites that I should read up on about rebuilds before I start pulling her to bits in the morning?

 

Nope no warranty. Shouldn't cost too much just for the parts, will only have to replace oil seals plus what ever else needs to be replaced once its been pulled apart. Getting help from a couple of mates one who works for Mazda and can get parts at cost, so should be sweet.
