Can anyone explain to me why all of a sudden my duty cyclehits 91% at 6000rpm at 14psi normally it hits 91% at 8000rpm(1200 secondary and 550 primary)also my knock readings are 28-38 at wot but now as soon as it hits 6000rpm it hesitates and my knock goes up to 100 +.None of my settings have changed on the powerfc or anything else.My mods are power fc,intake,dp,mp,blitz catback, front mount intercooler, mild port, cosmo pump and 1-1 regulator.Any help would be appreciated,Roy uk.

That knock number is high on acceleration. Mine is in the 20's under boost then jumps up as high as the 40's on decceleration. Who tuned the pfc? That hesistation can't be good. What a/f ratios are you seeing? Find out what is up before you hurt the motor.

Its on the base mod map with a 12 degree split and a little less timing from 6000 rpm up,my air/fuel was 11-1 up to 6000 and 10.5 after 6000rpm.I havent changed anything since it was tuned but all of a sudden my duty cycle is going up a lot higher than it did a few days ago when i last drove it.I was thinking tired pump or dirty injectors, all is fine untill exactly 6000 rpm on up under mid to high boost.

if it just started happening, you might want to look over the car. maybe change the plugs, look for loose bolts etc

The only thing that controlls the dutty cycle is the pfc. I don't think a bad pump would affect it. You really need to get it professionally tuned as the base map won't cut it.

The 02 feedback control is turned OFF,what does this effet other than closed loop, light load etc. Also if it is excessively rich could this effect knock readings.
