I know that they were not shipped to the US or Canada, but to the best of any of your knowledge is it possible to order 2001 RX7 T/Ts from Japan and have them shipped here? If so, does anyone know what they cost? If not, are they still being made?

Also, is it possible to order the 20b tri-rotar engine from Japan, and if so, how much ?

I'm having trouble finding any information on the net regarding any rx7 past 1995.....

cheers.

you could import a *new* rx7 over here but you could only drive it on a race track and if you got caught driving it on the road they would crush the car..... if you want a 20B i think www.fc3s.org has a few...

Man, that sure would suck to have your brand new imported "Nihon" RX-7 crushed. I think they would have to crush me with it. :shakehead:

thanks boys...

and as for them crushing the car... with a 20b? they'd have to catch me first, and thats not gonna be possible without a helicopter...

getting it insured is another story though... you think an independent insurance agency would insure a car like that ?
