I'm out of options....please help me

I've got a 1993 Rx-7. Now my problem is as follows.
The problem arises when i floor my car as soon as i do that lets say in 1st gear my boost will kick in but then the car would start to hesitate very badly at around 2500 rpm if i let go of the pedal and lets say it pressed 25% of the way the car would go but not hesiatate but as soon as i would floor more than that the car would hesitate and then at around 4500 mark all boost is gone and the rpm would go up very slowly as if there was no compression in the engine (i have cheked the compression also) and as soon as i let go the padel completly the car would give loud bangs from the exhaust and when the car hesitates.
I've checked the a/f gauge and it shows me that, the transition from primary to secondary it goes lean. Now, what i'm thinking is that i havfe a bad sensor signal somewhere, maybe, and the ecu is fixing the fuel amount and ignition timing, but i'm not sure. The workshop manual explains that it could be the pressure sensor, the metering oil pump sensor or something else, right now i don't know... Is there any easy wayy to find out what is the problem.....
I have checked my vaccumes all fine, i have check the leaks there are no leaks, i have checked the turbo controls from primary and secondary and every thing seems to be working perfectly fine, i have no clue what is the problem with the car if any one can please help me out i am really confused.
Thank you for your time.......

Could be an issue with second turbo , check that it is not seized. ( i doubt it but should rule out the posibility)
I guess you checked coils , plugs and leads ? You could disconect the battery for a few minutes so the computer resets itself .

Secondary turbo is fine... checked it already.....
What i am thinking is that it might be the metering oil pump sensor or the metering oil pump itself. The manual says that the ecu remaps the fuel and ignition timing... What do you guys think?? No service codes present when i checked...
Any ideas????

No, i'm not flooring the car while it's still cold......
I checked the metering oil pump resistance according to the manual and they are fine.... have to check the continuity between the metering oil pump and the ecu.....
I you have any ideas please tell me

Giving throttle and slowing down and coming up on throttle and car run easy is usually a air/fuel issue. Spark at a high boost could do that but then it would reflect in the plugs.Spark problem usually is noticable at any rpm.
Fuel pump relays and connections, then fuel filter, fuel pressure to check pump. TPS could be out of sync.
As a laymen these are a few things that can be fixed when an easy code doesnt show.
If the secondaries were not kicking in you would be asked if any modifications were made. There could be issues there. Wiring harness does crack there and that needs to be checked.

I have no mods on my engine. it's totally stock.
Checked the pressure of the fuel pump and its within limits given by the workshop manual (but to make sure i'll make an inspection again with an another pump).....
What is left to check i think is the pressure sensor and the ecu.....
COuld it be?
