I Think I Really Screwed Up Now

ok now the piston shot out i put it back in but now the clutch gets really hard and it does not pull the disc back at all what did i f---- up now

I'm going to guess that you jammed the piston to one side when you put it back in. If the pedal is rock hard, yet the clutch fork does not move, that means most likly the piston in the slave cylinder is stuck. I don't see anyway possible that the fork itself could have got jammed up. You did put the rod that pushes on the fork back too right?
