make sure everything is connected.. and grounded.
there is a fuse for the EFI, if that is blown, car no starty. |
main fuse box by your battery... big 30A one.

Dude, DO NOT hold the plug wires while cranking...you can die.
Check the EGI fuse not EFI. Its in the little fuse box near where your stock battery was. Pull the UIM back off and make sure the coils are plugged in good and screwed down tight. |
Make sure the igniter is plugged in too. Its on the drivers fender near the master cylinder
|
damn i didn't know i could die
yeah i thought it was EGI not EFI thats y i asked where it was i will take the uim off tomarrow and check it out again but the fuse looks fine the cooper line is still there. the igniter is plugged i checked it today. if i take just the tb off can i get to the coils that way the UIM is a bitch to **** with. |
EFI EGI same difference.. lol
|
You might be able to get to them with just the TB off. I never tried.

damn i feel so dumb https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683358.gif
finally i kick my ass and took the uim off and saw that i didnot fully plug, the plug wire in all the way https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683664.gif so i ordered brand new plugs and plug wires since i got everything apart again. one more thing i know that on some cars if the air bag blows the car won't run. i replaced my steering wheel with a sparco steering wheel and my air bag lite blinks (the one on the dash). i took out the air bag fuse today and the lite still blinks. will this stop my car from starting as well, or will i need to disconnect or connect something? |
shouldn't stop the car from running at all.

thks everyone https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683894.gif
