I Have A Stupid Question...

Supply the engine with more fuel.
If you really would like some help how about telling us what modifications you did to the car and how did you summize that your engine runs lean if you didnt know what it even is?
Anyway. Like i said you need to get more fuel into the engine to get the 02 as close to a Stoichiometric mix as possible, well thats the general theory anyhow.

When you lean out, the engine is getting more air and less fuel. Consequently, it can detonate and blow the apex seals which could take out your turbo's as well.
Take the car to a shop, have them check the AFR and report back to you. If you're really leaning out, you'll need to change the AFR (tune the ECU) to incoorporate more fuel in the Air/Fuel mixture that enters the engine.
Good luck, but by what I'm reading in your posts, this FD is already screwed. Sorry.
