i have one more thing in the mail before i rebuild my motor. but i still gotta send my car to the paint shop. my question is, is it bad to let me motor sit for about a month after a rebuild, or longer?

If I were leaving mine sitting, I'd cover all of the open holes as best as possible. (Masking tape, clear duct tape, etc.)

a month isnt gonna hurt it... what do you think happens to factory remans after they are rebuilt... I'm not sure if they still get them from over seas, but they used to come over by boat... so yeah, its ok to let them sit for a bit...

they never got remans from overseas. unless you mean florida.



but yeah, its ok for it to sit, if you're worried, but plenty of oil in it, and tape off all the openings
