How Do I Test My Solenoids?
#2
the problem with the solenoids is that most of them are cycled, like injectors. as they age the solenoids get inconsistant, and they are difficult to cycle fast enough to get them to pass/fail them. you test them by applying 12v and a ground. have you thought about replacing the check valves? they will get slow and inconsistant too, and they are cheap and easy to change

I did replace the check valves ($33 each from the dealer, did I get ripped off?)
Perhaps I should replace the solenoids that are involved with the turbo system. How much are they new? Any good place to buy them other than the local dealer?
Thanks,
