If anyone read my prior posts you would know that my RPM has been at around 2k right after I did my spark plugs and wires. Since then I have redone the vacuum hoses and checked everything around the spark plug area and cannot figure out what is wrong. I've also tried carb cleaner and I'm 100% sure it's not a vacuum leak...at least not under the manifold. I've noticed that if I press in the break the RPM will drop a tad and also something that is really strange is that the brake pedal is very soft and at a certain point gets really hard to press. If I press in the clutch and let it go there is a certain sound that happens right after and the idle also gos up. If I press the gas and let go it will usually drop to below 1500 and rise back up to 2k. Other things I've tried is disconnecting the white connector for the ISC I believe it is right behind the TB. The RPM remained the same after doing so and no changes. I've checked the line that gos from the UIM to the master brake cylinder and nothing. I'm about ready to shoot myself if I cannot figure this out. Hehe.

Also one other thing...can a broken double throttle solenoid cause a vacuum leak? I disconnected my double throttle fully just to free up some vac lines and what not but the nipples on the solenoid for it just broke off and there is nothing sealing the holes. I don't think any air runs through them unless the double throttle is running but maybe...the screwed up idle was still before this happened...

Also if I put the car in gear the RPM gos up a lil bit and if I let go of the clutch the RPM drops and eventually the car stalls if I drop the clutch with no gas. Dunno if this points to any other problems it may be.
